Getting started

How AllAisles fits together

AllAisles is four connected pieces sharing one inventory. Every item a dealer lists is for sale in the building and on the website at the same time, and every sale — wherever it happens — is split between the mall and the dealer automatically.

Signing in

Everyone signs in at the same place — the Vendor & staff sign in link at the top of your storefront (/login). AllAisles sends each person to the right place:

  • Owner and managers land in the back office dashboard.
  • Cashiers land on the register.
  • Dealers land in their portal.
  • Shoppers land on their order history.

Staff logins come from the owner or a manager (Staff, roles & permissions). Dealer logins are created when you add the dealer and assign their booth (Dealers & booths). Shoppers can create their own account at checkout, or check out as a guest.

What happens when something sells

  1. The item is locked so it can’t be sold twice. If the register and the website reach for the same piece at the same moment, whichever pays first gets it, and the other is told it just sold — before any card is charged.
  2. The sale is recorded with the split worked out and frozen: the mall’s commission, any listing-service fee, any card fee, and what the dealer receives.
  3. The item is marked sold and moves to the public Recently sold page.
  4. If it sold online, it appears on the staff pull list so someone can take it off the booth floor.
  5. The dealer sees the sale in their portal right away, and it’s included in their next payout.
Why “frozen” matters: if you change a dealer’s commission next month, sales they’ve already made keep the rate they sold at. Statements always match what was agreed at the time.
